Launch of Open e-Goverment Index in Uganda and State of Legal and Regulatory Frameworks Affecting CSO Activity

Following months of research and data collection CIPESA held a meeting to discuss the draft document on the Open e-Goverment Index in Uganda. Discussion was also held on the State of Legal and Regulatory Frameworks Affecting CSOs' Activity in the country.
