Haze from the Canadian Wildfires lingers in the June morning air as the hum of EMD 16-710s grows louder announcing the arrival of the WSORs Horicon to Janesville manifest. Today's train has 69 cars in tow, with grain loads on the headend likely bound for a customer on the WSORs Southern Division. Three painted WSOR EMD SD60Ms provide the power, a welcomed contrast to the harsh UP yellow paint they previously wore for years following their arrival into the system. Though the 60Ms lack the appeal of matched 40s with chevrons on the nose, its hard to not appreciate some company pride
