Amanda Feilding
Amanda Feilding is the Countess of Wemyss and March, an English artist, scientist and drug policy reformer.
Feliding gained notoriety in 1970 after drilling a hole in her forehead with a dentist's drill (with the help of Joe) as part of a short cult art film about trepanation entitled Heartbeat in the Brain.
In 1998, she founded the Beckley Foundation, a charitable trust that promotes an evidence-based approach to drug policies and conducts neuroscientific research into psychoactive substances its the effects on the brain and cognition.
