Arndale - MPI Services Ltd, Chickerell Garage, 480 Chickerell Road, Weymouth, Dorset DT3 4DR 1987
This is the earliest photo I have of this garage - probably 1987. Under the name MPI Services here and Arndale branded the garage would change ownership to Upton and Walker within a few years, and the brand would change as Arndale was replaced by Butler within the Fina group. One can see a photo of it later on as Butler below. The place didn't last though - even in the earliest Streetview shot the garage is long gone and a house and remarkably a field are in its place. In fact looking at the Streetview it would be hard to believe this could be the same place but all the houses beyond are a perfect match.
The Triumph stands out and really adds to this photo.
