This is a former Murco and then Esso forecourt. Richard has a photo of it when Murco, added below. The 2014 Streetview shows it is a particularly scruffy state and with a weird hybrid pole sign, moved from its original location, which may have been using the frame Esso then made use of when the site was fully rebranded a year later.
