Harvest - Overbrook Service Station, Drybrook, Gloucestershire GL17 9JA 2
When I took these photos I was expecting to present a happy story of the resuscitation of this garage after it having been closed for a few years. However, recent events with the slow demise of Harvest Energy means the poor people who put all the time, effort and investment into this site must be suffering just now as most if not all Harvest branded sites struggle to get any fuel to sell. It's less than six months since this garage re-opened after a period of about five or six years since the last fuel was served with the garage then branded Power. Earlier still it had been a Butler site. Both eras can be seen below along with a photo of it when closed down. I hope that somehow this place survives.
