Butler - Overbrook Garage, Drybrook, Gloucestershire GL17 9JA 1995 5
Overbrook Garage, seen here in 1995, so thirty years ago, was recently resuscitated after a period of a few years as an abandoned forecourt. As can be seen it was a Butler site, then moved on to Power, which it remained as until about 2019 when the garage stopped selling fuel and closed down. Earlier this year it was bought and renovated and opened for sales of petrol with an expanded shop under the Harvest Energy brand. This turned out to be a terrible choice as within a few months Harvest was in real trouble and unable to supply fuel to their sites.
