Gulf - Southbourne Service Station, Emsworth, Hampshire PO10 8JD 1993
The Gulf service station pictured here sadly did not last. By the time the earliest Streetview was taken it had become a Murco branded forecourt and made it to 2014 when it closed down as a petrol station but carried on briefly as a repair garage. The 2016 Streetview shows building work going on and the forecourt already removed. The site is these days a Co-op supermarket.
A few little details. The banner bottom left advertising four star £2.50 a gallon to help people with the slow transition away from prices in gallons to prices in litres; by this time prices had to be displayed in litres. Also the Gulf sign on the front of the building to the right isn't something I remember seeing very much in this era.
Richard managed to get a photo of it before it disappeared, added below.
