When I saw this place I immediately thought it must have been a Shell garage in the past due to the architecture. Having now done a bit of quick research, I find that it indeed was, but quite some time ago.

There are a few older images on that Facebook page including one showing the pumps removed and a car on the forecourt of an era that suggests the pumps went back in the 1990s or even the 1980s.
