This place is looking pretty different in the near present day but still just about recognisable. The garage building with the pitched roof is gone as are the pumps and pole sign but the remaining smaller building is still there if altered.
It's interesting to note that one of the pumps bears an Arndale logo - this is way out of that brand's normal range so must have been a single replacement pump brought in from quite far away. A bit of bunting helps to cheer up the scene a little.
In the rear view mirror a bus/coach depot can be seen, that still exists in the present day.
