Anglo - Forden Garage, Forden, Powys, Mid Wales 1987 20
An Anglo branded Gilbarco Highline pump at the Forden Garage which only recently finally closed down. Forden actualy had two petrol stations up until recently but both now seem to have gone - a sad reflection of how things have moved in recent times. In its day this was a flagship garage for Anglo.
In its last days selling fuel this was an independent garage and you can see a photo of it from that era below. Prior to that it was selling Oak petrol and that era can be seen on Streetview
