Independent - Ferdi's Local, Salop Road, Overton, Wrexham, Wales LL13 0EH 2
Ferdi's Local is the latest and really quite recent name for this petrol station. Up to two years ago it had been called Overton Supermarket having earlier on been a Costcutter store and earlier still Thorougoods Select Convenience. Each of these changes of name seem to have coincided with changes to the brand of fuel. The earliest Streetview shows this was branded Carlton Fuels with three Gilbarco Highlines on the forecourt, then Gulf when it looked especially scruffy! That didn't last too long before it became independent with the Gulf sign modified to read Fuel Open and new pumps installed. Now in the present day it is Ferdi's Local.
