National - Tintagel, Cornwall 1964
Quite some time ago I bought a much better slide and negative scanner than the first one I had. As a result some of the slides I posted longer ago didn't look as good as they could have done. So I thought I'd do a new feature once a week called Thursday Throwback where I re-post many of these images in far better resolution, sharpness and detail.
First up is this lovely shot of Tintagel from 1964.
The garage has gone of course, replaced with a Spar supermarket, at least in the 2018 Streetview, which is the most recent one available. Below I'll add the original scan so you can see the massive difference in quality!
