The Suez fuel crisis was the reason why City Motors decided they could only serve regular customers in late 1956.

Just how long the garage survived for I am not sure, but certainly it disappeared a long time ago. Gloucester Street is a short road in Oxford, now partially paved and so not a through route. No idea exactly where this was in that street.
