Costco claim the Kirkland Signature Fuel they sell is "specially formulated with powerful deposit control additives that clean your engine and help your vehicle run like new." and "Tested in the lab to ensure quality and guaranteed to perform" yet at the same time Costco buys its petrol and diesel from refineries and distributors across the UK. The Kirkland Signature branding was introduced more recently as in the early days of this forecourt the pumps were just branded Costco.
