Old Restored Pumps - Lower Street, West Chinnock, Somerset TA18 7PP 2
This site was a huge surprise. I'd been here before, in 2019, when the two old pumps here were seriously weathered and looking as old as they were. By chance i saw on Google maps that they were now listed as "old petrol pumps" and took a look at the more recent Streetview. To my surprise they had been fully restored. I have to say the restoration is not entirely convincing but it's not bad. The globes are, I'm sure, plastic replicas. As ever I have to say I preferred them as they were - see below.
