This is a former Power site and Subaru dealers, later Ssang-Yong dealers. Petrol was still being served in 2009, but soon after sales ended. The pumps are still there on the forecourt and the pole sign still stands. Chris Greene has a photo of the site when it was still open for petrol sales from 2009, see below, and I have an intermediate photo from 2017, both can be seen below.
