Sadly for me, I got here just too late to photograph this place before the one pump on a tiny island was removed. It was still there in 2021, the most recent Streetview, but gone two years later. A pity.
Still a lovely village garage all the same, and at least it's quite clear where that pump was. Fortunately Andrew Bowden took a photo of it when it was still there in 2010. I'll add his photo below. In it we see there are some really fancy old cars in the showroom, and that was also the case when I called here, actually also outside.
I'd love to see a photo of this place from much further back in time, perhaps when it also had some kind of branding for the petrol.
