This is yet another former Local Fuels and subsequently Power site that's now with a major brand. The change to Esso occurred maybe a year ago. Below you can see this site when it looked very different as a Local Fuels outlet taken in February 2017, and then Richard's more recent image once the site had been given a radical overhaul and was branded Power.
The earliest Streetview shows it as a United branded site, and with United branded tankers on site.
