I don't know the date of this photo for sure but by the price of petrol it leaves it around 1994. There's been a change of name if not owner (although the owner could have changed too) and a V Marchant (Victor presumably) is now the proprietor. It had previously been Olympia Motors - see first image below when it was serving Rix petrol. The pumps have been upgraded since the 1980's shot and appear to be getting some maintenance as the covers are off the near one. The garage would go on to be branded Power later on and in the present day is lapsed WCF site as you can see below.
