Mobil - City Motors, 152 London Road, Headington, Oxford OX3 9ED 6th April 1968
City Motors had a number of sites in Oxford and a long association with Mobil petrol. Here we see the third iteration of the Mobil logo at the back of the scene, in front a Vauxhall Viva and a Princess (is it?) filling up. It must have been a cold spring that year as the chap filling the car is dressed for winter.
Sadly the garage here didn't last, by the earliest Streetview it had already gone and been replaced by a Co-op supermarket.
