Former Petrol Station - Hinds Garage, 15 Dock View Road, Barry, South Wales CF63 4JP
Here's yet another former petrol station along this stretch of road. In total I think four in about a mile! No clues at all here as to former branding. Any things you think you see as clues turn out not to be! For example the yellow and blue trim on half the building is not an indication of Jet as that only appeared in the last few years! Quite why half the building ended up as red and white and the other half blue and yellow I do not know! It's the same with the canopy ends too - weird choice and not very homogenous. Early Streetview shots show a couple of diesel pumps on the forecourt but one is plain white and the other has sort of black and white zebra stripes on it which means nothing to me. There's also one unleaded pump with a green top cover and a green band with unleaded in black writing - again that means nothing to me, maybe some unusual brand or an independent site?
