This was once a bigger garage with Skoda dealership and repair workshops but they've gone now, the repair garage now a Topps Tiles, seen that before several times! Just the petrol forecourt remains now and that's been Shell branded throughout Streetview and for quite possibly a lot longer.
Richard has a photo of the forecourt from 2010 where a Soda badge can be seen on the wall of the site - see below.
