Former Petrol Station - 130 Neath Road, Briton Ferry, Neath Port Talbot, Wales SA11 2AQ 2
This is another former petrol station turned hand car wash that's been like this since Streetview began. Not much to go on for former brands but the canopy poles were in 2010 painted red with white upper sections so I suppose Butler might have been a possible former brand. Seems unlikely for such a prominent and big site though.
