Spottedlaurel posted a contemporary photo of this place yesterday so it prompted me to post a few more from the vast number that were taken of this site in its Little David days. Historically this was an Esso site in the 1960s and probably the early 1970s before switching to Little David. I have to thank Dan Lockton for unearthing a lovely collection of even older photos of this place. You need to have a Facebook account to see them though I think. After this long Little David era the garage rebranded to Butler as all Little David garages did (if they didn't close) and then much more recently the garage was branded Gulf for a while before the change to Pace which it still is as of Spottedlaurel's photo taken on June 10th last year. Below you can see it as both Butler and Pace and also on Streetview as a Gulf.
