Former Petrol Station - Central Garage, High Street, Newton Poppleford, Devon EX10 0DW
The garage here has not sold petrol for quite some time but it was once a long time ago a Shell station. Their website's main photo is of what looks like a 1970s image of the forecourt in the Shell livery. All the older Streetview shots show the canopy edge in a dark red and with a white canopy support which might suggest a period as a Butler site but no image of this garage exists in my collection of older Butler photos.
A bit further down the road is a building which looks very much like a former garage from way back in time, now Ronald Kirby and Sons carpet and upholstery.

A further garage is listed nearby too, Oak Tree Garage but down an alleyway between houses and almost certainly not ever a petrol outlet. No it was, Dan has pointed out there is an old Avery Hardoll pump outside still standing - see below.
