This clearly had been an Esso site some time ago in the past as in the earliest Streetview shot the canopy is Esso styled, Esso lubricants sign on display and a pole sign looking very Esso in shape, but the site overall is a rather scruffy independent retailer. From the next Streetview onwards it had become the Gulf it is to this day.
