Multiple Brands - Parkway Filling Station, Wythenshawe, Manchester 1930s

I believe this lovely garage disappeared when the Princess Parkway was widened into a major trunk route through Manchester - I don't even know if it was called Princess Parkway until that happened but it seems likely given the filling station was called Parkway. This is clearly a colourised image showing the garage in I would imagine the 1930s and selling a variety of brands as nearly all garages did in this era. I don't recognise the model of car on the forecourt but I'm sure someone can! You can see a later image below when selling just Esso from the 1950s and a further one courtesy of Manchester Archive from the 1960s which is certainly a better quality image then the one I have.

Difficult to show the same view in the present day as it has changed so much, I think it was roughly where the junction of Sale Road and Wythenshwe Road is.
