Esso - Powburn, Northumberland NE66 4HU 1
This was a Gulf site in all the other Streetview shots apart from the most recent one when it had changed to Esso. I don't know if that coincided with it becoming owned/run by Penny Petroleum but it seems likely. Richard has a photo of it as a Gulf - see below.
