Here's another Butler site I thought I had previously posted but apparently I hadn't! Not a lot to say about this place really, it all disappeared before Streetview came along, just, and is now modern housing. We don't see the pole sign but I assume there was one. Makes it harder to date the photo but probably around 1995.
Here's the same view from 2009 when the transformation was just about finished.
