This is a cropped image of the original - see next photo - where the garage is now at a more visible size! The garage here still exists and is currently an Applegreen having been Esso before that, and Total before that. The date is precise apart from the year, clearly it cannot be any earlier than 1968 but I suspect it's a little later than that. You can see it as the Applegreen it now is below and as an Esso on Streetview.
