It's over five years since I was last here - absolutely nothing has changed! Featured in Clare Kendall's excellent book "The Last of the Village Pumps" it is on a site that was once the village forge and the style of the building is absolutely in keeping with the local style of such a building, there are a few around this area that looks exactly like this. Just the one pump serves customers and there's no pole sign. Lots of rural charm here in a lovely part of the world.
I think this was supplied by Q8 previously and there was a second pump serving diesel further back in time. There's an Alamy image that shows this here
