Gulf - Wangford Service Station, Wangford, Suffolk 3
This place has been Gulf for a while now, before that it was Pace branded - see below - and if we go back a long way in time it was a Regent site in the 1960s - also see below - which leads to the conclusion that it might well have been a Texaco in the 1970s. I haven't been able to find out any more about it than this although Jude Currie has a better photo of it as Pace when the totem was fully intact so have added that too.
I can though tell you as a tiny bit of trivia that local legend Hank Wangford apparently named himself after this village.
