The given address is correct but the view is taken from down the side street which is Gristhorpe Road. It's changed somewhat over the years but remarkably Smallbone and Son still exists as a garage in this location to the present day. Not sure when they stopped retailing petrol but certainly well before Streetview came along. As we can see on Streetview they were Autotrader retailer of the year very recently so clearly a successful business borne out by their continued operations since 1950 and indeed since 1929 according to their website.
