Shell Totem - Unknown Location, 24th June 1994

This photo cane with a precise date but no location and although I am almost certain it is in London somewhere I cannot say where. London tends to be the only part of the UK where someone would walk their dog in their pyjamas! New Shell is here apparently, although if it was anything like New Labour I wouldn't want to touch it with a barge-pole.
