This was a strange place to encounter - the old pumps deliberately left in place despite considerable re-development in the last few years. Streetview shows this as a pretty abandoned site in 2009 - very muddy but the same three pumps still standing. www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.1181402,-1.4524802,3a,37.5y,265... by 2015 Proctor Cars had arrived and taken over the site but the foreground was still muddy and the three pumps still there www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.118118,-1.4525103,3a,37.5y,272.... Now the driveway has been fully surfaced and the area with the pumps given a bit of attention too - I'm so pleased they kept the pumps. As for what was once sold here - well the middle pump was obviously a Shell one and I'd hazard a guess that the outer ones were from a point when the site was branded Proteus.
