I was really disappointed when I got here finally to photograph this garage to find that the pumps had recently been removed. JJ Pollard's garage had existed for a very long time, there is a very old photo of this garage shown below. It may of course still operate as a car repair garage but it is always a sad occasion when a rural petrol outlet closes.
