The garage here looks very tidy and it’s possible the pole sign is a modified old Ford dealership sign – the oval looks right and it would be a convenient way to cover up that older branding rather than replace it. It looks the sort of pace that would have once been a biggish dealership. Weirdly the canopy seen here had disappeared briefly about eighteen months earlier as seen on just the one Streetview shot.
