A few more shots of this great garage turned up! This garage still exists today under the same name - Clacton Tyre and Exhaust Centre - but the pumps were long since taken away. Bulldog petrol was a brand confined almost entirely to the southern half of the East Anglia region - so a relatively common sight in these parts in this era - but a brand name unknown to many from other parts of the country.
