Multiple Brands - Sait and Gale, Pier Garage, Waterloo Square, Bognor Regis, Sussex 1930's
This is a lovely image and a fantastically well taken photograph. Plenty of little details to look at. The garage building was lovely and was still standing until just a couple of years ago - sadly it and one next door to it were demolished a few years after the one nearest the seafront was taken out. Bizarrely once demolished it has remained an open space and apparently even hosted a small fair in September 2020! It’s all recorded on Streetview. Can't reproduce this angle of shot though - the original was taken from too high up.
