Built in Renaissance style to be in keeping with its surroundings in the fine old city of Salisbury. You wouldn't get such considerations these days. Anna Valley Motors had a number of outlets in the Wiltshire region - a book was even produced charting their first sixty years of history but sadly it is currently unavailable. From my friend Ian Byrne who also gave me the location " The garage was demolished in 1987 and replaced by the Friends Life office seen in this 2009 Streetview shot.
