Looks very much like it has closed - chains across the forecourt at what would have been around 1pm on a Friday. I'm not surprised really, there's an image on Google Streetview showing this charging an astronomical amount for a litre of fuel a year ago or so. At that point there was a sign saying Eco where the black banner is now.
