Not often one gets to see a petrol station at this stage of a re-build. All the inner workings are revealed. It was an Esso site way back in 2008 in the earliest Streetview shot.

Up until a few months ago this was a Gulf outlet - it remains to be seen if it returns as one or something else. Edit Update:- It is now, as Merenda says below, A Texaco site as seen on the most recent Streetview.
