Pace - South Woodham Garage, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex 3
A really run down old garage in South Woodham Ferrers. This I suspect was the town's original service station and probably saw a lot of business before a ring road was built and then a large modern service area nearby. Sad to see it so run down but also nice to see it hasn't yet been raised to the ground! Had apparently been serving customers since 1920 - almost lasted a hundred years then. Google maps in 2009 shows it as a thriving service station www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.6523274,0.6010427,3a,75y,127.41...
