National and Esso - Otterburn, Northumberland late 1960's
I have seen other postcards and photos of this place but never before from this angle. The colour of the National globes is a little unusual - not sure it's even real - a bit of artistic licence perhaps. It's always a nice reminder to see two outlets adjacent to each other - something that was commonplace in this era but definitely not today!
