Abco - A127 Southend Pathe Newsreel Holiday Traffic Jams 1968
It might be in black and white but this is a pretty rare sight - an Abco totem - one of only two pictures I've ever seen of this brand. This is a screen grab from a Pathe newsreel from 1968, a feature on severe holiday traffic jams in that era - nothing changes then - road-building has never kept pace with the number of extra cars on the roads.
