Unknown Brand - Plymouth (maybe) and late 60's (probably).
This photo is a total mystery. I have no idea where it is or what brand of petrol it is selling even. The only thing I can add is to explain the clear white spherical pump globes. These were a feature of petrol sales through WW2 and into the early 1950's. In those days it was possible to curtail any branding of petrol stations as everyone took part in the "war effort". All pump globes were clear white then and branding only started to re-appear in the early 1950's when rationing was gradually being phased out. So this place - the photo looks more 1960's by the cars (and certainly after 1960 as that is when the mot test was introduced) - clearly took a long time to re-establish branded pump globes. With only "service" and "repairs" on the building it's impossible to come up with a location.
