This place has looked like this since 2008 and quite possibly a lot longer. It's been an independent all that time and I take my hat off to whoever painted the canopy because often over time the paint fades or peels and some clues to previous brands are revealed but that hasn't happened here. Careful inspection of the base of the nearest pump reveals a previous Burmah branding - thanks to Ian below.
