Uncommon for me, not a red-tail!

Whenever I see a raptor, more often than not, it's a red-tailed hawk! Today while driving down the road, I saw that bright white front and mustaches (sideburns?) and knew I had a happy bird day! I also see American kestrels fairly often but this prairie falcon was an uncommon delight for me.
