Star Wars The Force Awakens Trailer 3: Let It In
youtu.be/sGbxmsDFVnE Ok…it’s safe to say at this point dissenters who don’t believe this looks like the greatest blockbuster in cinematic history they’re kidding themselves (of course this is my opinion but still…wow). Just…wow. Seeing Han Solo and hearing, “We’re home,” at the end of the last trailer was enough to make me get really excited and choked up a bit. I’m not going to lie…this trailer made me cry a little bit. Manly tears. The manliest of tears. Empire’s love theme is one of my favorite pieces of music ever composed so to hear it in the trailer made me completely lose it. I have visible marks on my hand from biting it to keep from making noise. I have a problem.
Anyway…this trailer. Everything about this trailer. Finn looks like a fantastic new main protagonist along with Rey and Poe. Kylo Ren’s up to his shenanigans and is now confirmed to be a complete Vader nut…which is awesome. Han has an emotional reunion with Leia. Kylo Ren is everywhere and causing chaos. And…just…wow. I had faith in the film and JJ before but I’ve honestly never been impressed three times in a row like this with trailers. I would honestly pay to see these in theaters. Not just the movie but the trailers themselves.
I’m not sure there’s much else to say other than if you haven’t seen it watch it immediately. Have the force be with you because when the night of December 17th rolls around, it looks like we’ll all need it (thanks for reading!)
